Abroll Metal Containers

Abroll, Roll-on/off off containers used for collection and transport of various types of waste: industrial, household, construction, recyclable, rubble, scrap metal, sawdust, hazardous substances, etc.
They are compatible with vehicles equipped with a hook (Hooklift) used for their loading – unloading and transport.
Containers can be made and delivered in different versions: with mesh walls, uncovered, covered with a fixed lid or manually operated folding lid, compartmentalized for recyclable waste, with lids, with tarpaulin, hinged door with/without seal resistant to petroleum products, etc.

Abroll containers are made according to DIN 30722-1;
Lifting hook made of round steel Ø 50 mm OL52 (S355JR) quality;
Containers are made of metal sheet quality OL37 (S235JR), sheet thickness:
- Floor = 4 or 5 mm
- Walls = 3 or 4 mm
The container chassis (runway) is made of profiles INP 180 mm;
The standard variant is provided with:
- 2 doors with left-right opening with locking system each and security system; hinges with grease lubrication system;
- 2 rollers with bushings, with grease lubrication system;
- Front access ladder;
- Hooks for fixing canvas;
- Joining the side walls with the floor of the container at 45°;
The containers are protected against corrosion with a coat of primer on the inside, and on the outside with a coat of primer and two coats of alkyd paint in the RAL shade chosen by the customer;

Available volumes: between 5 – 39 m³;
Length (interior): between 4000 and 7000 mm (depending on the type of hooklift: 4000, 4250, 4500, 4750, 5000, 5250, 5500, 5750, 6000, 6250, 6500, 6750 and 7000 mm);
Width (interior): standard width – 2300 mm;
Height (interior): maximum 2400 mm;

Lid with rack (with multiplier) or hydraulic;
2 manually operated lids with reducer / sliding;
simple canvas/ with roller;
Swing door (hinges in the upper part with grease lubrication system), provided with a gasket resistant to petroleum products;
Universal doors with left-right opening and swing door with closing system, each equipped with hinges with grease lubrication system;
Joining the side walls with the floor of the container at 90°;
