Skip containers

Skip metal containers according to DIN 30720

Skip containers used for collection and transport of all types of waste: industrial, household, construction, recyclable, rubble, etc.
They are compatible with vehicles equipped with parallel arms and chains (Skiploader) that ensure their loading – unloading and transport.
Skip containers can be made in the following variants: asymmetric – type A; symmetrical – type S; symmetrical with lids – type SC.

Containers can be delivered in different versions: with tiltable front wall, with canvas, etc.
Containers are protected against corrosion with a primer layer on the inside, and on the outside with a primer layer and two layers of alkyd paint in the RAL shade chosen by the customer.
Containers are delivered with an identification plate affixed to the side of the container containing the following information: manufacturer’s name, manufacturing standard, year of manufacture, manufacturing series, container weight (kg), total admissible weight (tons), nominal capacity (m³).

Skip asymmetric metal containers

Containers are provided with a single tilting clamp, 4 hanging buttons on the sides and hooks for fixing the canvas/ hooks for fixing the net.
The floor is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 5 mm OL37 (S235JR).
The rear wall on which the tipping clamp is located is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 4 mm OL37 (S235JR).
The edge is stiffened along the entire upper contour with profile C 125x55x30x4 mm.
The tank of the container is completely welded.
The corners of the container are reinforced on the outside and inside.

Skip symmetric metal containers

Containers are provided with a two tilting clamp, 4 hanging buttons on the sides and hooks for fixing the canvas/ hooks for fixing the net.
The floor is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 5 mm OL37 (S235JR).
The rear wall on which the tipping clamp is located is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 4 mm OL37 (S235JR).
The edge is stiffened along the entire upper contour with profile C 125x55x30x4 mm.
The tank of the container is completely welded.
The corners of the container are reinforced on the outside and inside.
